Fresno State moved up two spots to No. 22 in the latest USA Today Poll. TCU is still the only other non-BCS school ranked. The Horned Frogs stayed at 20th spot despite their closer than expected 23-20 win at San Diego State.
UTEP got the highest amount of others receiving votes, 30, of non-BCS schools. Boise State fresh of its 49-14 blow out win over Nevada got 12 votes, and Toledo got none after their 21-17 loss to Central Michigan.
