Cut to the Bulldogs Already

Why is ABC still showing USC's 55-13 beat down of Washington State. It is 4:00pm switch to the Fresno State-Hawaii game. If I am in the Fresno market and I am no seeing the game, is anyone getting the game or is ABC just delaying the telecast?
