Quarterback is the big position Pat Hill will be recruiting this year. He has stated that he is looking for a quarterback that he can grayshirt. One intriguing prospect is Imperial High School's Andrew Ruiz. The 6'1 180 quarterback is not your typical drop back passer running the veer offense for Imperial. He completed just 62 of 98 passes for 1,002 yards with 14 touchdowns and ran for another 127 yds and 4 tds. But he has an accurate arm and very deceptive speed.

He favors hometown San Diego State and the Pac 10's Washington State. Fresno State is among the other schools pursuing Ruiz. He has an open invitation to attend the Bulldog's camp in June along with his high school teammates.

One big name for sure is OL Javario Burkes who holds over 20 offers including Michigan, Tennessee, Georgia, and Fresno State among others.

Usually there is not an official list released but I will try to compile a list by June 9.
